Last year I did a 12 days of Christmas Challenge and filmed some workouts for you to join in with. I thought it would be fun to go back there and try them again and reliving those videos through December in my quest to keep fit and earn my Christmas dinner.
I plan to run at least 3 days… although I’m missing my usual 4 runs a week and I never thought I’d hear myself say that. And 2 days I will be doing one of my videos.
My running challenge for Christmas will be following a training plan in the Women’s Running Magazine this month.
