Repeat the circuit 4 times
I have no pictures to demonstrate the moves so head on over to my Youtube video for a demonstration on this one. You will need your bottom step of your stairs or a step of some kind.
We will do 3 circuits of 40 seconds work with 20 seconds rest for each exercise. Total time of 15 minutes plus a warm up and cool down.
- Alternate leg quick step
- Plank with shoulder taps
- Tricep dips
- Power knees
- Mountain climbers
