Well what a start we are having to the Christmas holidays. One child down with the chicken pox. This meant mummy had far more important cuddle duties to film a video for this routine but I will be doing it with you all.
Just 3 days left to go. You are almost there. This is going to be an arm killer. But think of those bingo wings we will be vanishing. Trust me its worth the pain to see those muscles you never dreamed you’d have. I’m quite proud to say I have arms I’m pretty dam proud of now…. Its taken a lot of work but it is really worth it.
Repeat the circuit 3 times
Tricep dips on a chair or from the floor 10-12 reps
Close grip wall push ups 10-12 reps
Tricep kickbacks with or without a weight (you could use a water bottle if you do not have any weights) 10-12 reps each arm
Squat with shoulder press 10-12 reps (holding dumbbells for extra work)
Plank ups 10-12 reps. For this start in plank position with arms extended. Go down onto left elbow, then right elbow, then up again with your left arm and then right. Then swap and go the other way…
That is day 10 complete. 2 to go!
