Lets get our abs working today. Did you know that working on your large muscle groups can burn more calories than working on lots of little ones. I like to pair mine on a couple of them i.e. legs with glutes. By doing this I can take much shorter rest periods so that I can work for longer but still in a short amount of time.

Repeat this circuit 4 times
- Plank ups 15 reps
- Bridge 12-15 reps
- Side lying leg lift 12-15 reps on each side
- Oblique crunch 12-15 reps each side
- Modified push up 10-12 reps
