Day 7: 12 day Christmas Challenge

You are doing brilliantly if you are still with me.

Lets get our abs working today. Did you know that working on your large muscle groups can burn more calories than working on lots of little ones. I like to pair mine on a couple of them i.e. legs with glutes. By doing this I can take much shorter rest periods so that I can work for longer but still in a short amount of time.

Repeat this circuit 4 times

  • Plank ups 15 reps

  • Bridge 12-15 reps

  • Side lying leg lift 12-15 reps on each side

  • Oblique crunch 12-15 reps each side

  • Modified push up 10-12 reps
