12 days of christmas

imagesI thought it would be fun to set you all a little health and fitness challenge in the lead up to Christmas. There will be 12 challenges the last one being on Christmas Eve. I will post a new one everyday so that you don’t forget. They will all be things you can do at home. No gym equipment will be required.

To get you into the spirit of things I have written a little parody of the famous song….

So in the tune of the 12 Days of Christmas I introduce Jaimee’s 12 days of Weakness….

On the 1st day of Christmas I said to myself this should be a doddle, I can do this easy, who needs sugar or a Christmas pudding? Not meeee  eeeee!

On the 2nd day of Christmas I said to myself when can I workout? exercise is important! I want to have big muscles! and a tight little tummy! Yes Yes I do!

On the 3rd day of Christmas I said to myself what’s that they’re eating? please can I make some? is it full of sugar? maybe I can make another! Ooh yes I can!

On the 4th day of Christmas I said to myself why can I not eat that? why is it so bad! I really want some sugar! they said this would be easy! Help meeee eeee!

On the 5th day of Christmas I said to myself surely I can eat that! why is it not allowed! I really really want one! Just a little taste!

On the 6th day of Christmas I said to myself I think I’ll just have one! it really can’t be so bad! One will do no harm, I’ll start again tomorrow!

On the 7th day of Christmas I said to myself just one more will be ok! give yourself a treat, then they will be gone! Its Christmas after all, You can start again tomorrow! Doesn’t mean you’ve failed!

On the 8th day of Christmas I said to myself when did you last work out? I think it’s been a while! You won’t get those muscles… or a 6 pack!

On the 9th day of Christmas I said to myself your belly seems to be growing! you probably shouldn’t have eaten that! Maybe try some exercise, at least you’ll burn some fat! May…be tomorrow!

On the 10th day of Christmas I said to myself I think you should start working out! you seem to be getting lazy! Too much sugar has made you sad! Maybe you’ll feel better!

On the 11th day of Christmas I said to myself it’s time to stop pretending! you’ve forgotten all you’ve learnt! You should make better choices, think about your health! I’m ready to start again! Tomo….rrow!

On the 12th day of Christmas I said to myself  ….LETS DO THIS!!!!
